CHO GROUP has implemented a set of precautions for the storage of olive oils in order to maintain and guarantee the finesse, freshness and optimal taste of olive oils. The oils are stored in stainless steel tanks made of inert material impermeable to oil. Storage areas are sheltered from air, light, and temperature fluctuation. The temperature of the storage areas is controlled avoiding both heating and freezing. For storage areas located outside, tanks and cisterns are coated with an exterior coating to prevent extreme temperature changes. A storage capacity of around 30,000 tons.
